As a Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be the opportunity to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
