Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward provides a 25-beddedrehabilitation in-patient unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital providing careto adults over 18 years of age. Thefocus is on providing quality care to patients using a multi-disciplinary teamapproach.
We are currently entering a new and excitingchallenge, taking forward community-based care as well as in-patient care andso you will need to be flexible and willing to develop as the service changesand evolves.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake avariety of tasks, including providing flexible cover to the wards across CedarsUnit, assisting with all aspects of personal care following patients care plans,undertaking patient observations such as blood pressure, temperature and pulseand recording on computerised system.
You will assist with supporting patients witheating and drinking when required and serve meals and snacks, providing directpatient care under the supervision of a trained nurse and assisting patientswith their rehabilitation goals with supervision of a trained nurse
You will beworking within a friendly and supportive working environment, you will have accessto excellent training and development opportunities and the chance toexperience caring for patients within a well-established multidisciplinaryteam.
