Person Specification
Experience
  • To accept at least one shift every 8 weeks
  • When you accept a shift, to arrive on time and give your best
  • To complete mandatory e-learning or show us youve done it already
  • Be open to working with children with a variety of needs
  • Keep us updated about your availability
  • Be flexible to cover evening, waking night and weekend shifts.
Experience
  • Experience working with children in healthcare, education, or similar settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed care plans
  • Willingness to learn clinical skills and use specialist equipment.
