Imagine Mentoring and Support Ltd are looking to grow our dedicated staffing team to support the young people that we work with in our Residential children's home, working with children ages 12-17. Support Workers are required to work within the Gloucestershire area. We are looking to recruit candidates who have at least two years' experience of working with vulnerable children and who are committed to providing excellent support to the children and families that we work with. Successful candidates must have a kind, caring and patient attitude and be committed to promoting the safeguarding and independence of children and young people.

- Must have a full driving licence and be willing to access business insurance

Qualifications
- The candidate must have or be willing to work towards a Level 4 qualification in working with children and families
- The candidate must have at least two years' previous experience of safeguarding and working with vulnerable children
- The candidate must have a full driving licence and be willing to provide proof of business insurance
- The candidate must have a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check; if portable, can be used via the update service
- The candidate must be able to provide two satisfactory references
- The candidate must be willing to work overnight and some weekend shifts
- The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to promoting equality, non-discrimination and anti-oppressive practice
- The candidate must be willing to promote the independence and safety of all the families, children, and young people that we work with
