What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living: Help residents with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, helping residents feel less isolated and more connected.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Make regular wellbeing checks to ensure residents are safe, comfortable and that their needs are met.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including resident privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance our service offerings and care processes.
What We Are Looking For
