Abbeyfield Group is seeking Bank Care Assistants at Pratt House in Amersham to support older residents in a warm, welcoming home. You will help with personal and medical care, support residents, and participate in activities that promote their well-being and independence.

Training is provided and no prior care experience is required. Shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis, with starting pay of £13.35 per hour and a supportive team culture that values dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front line of care delivery and assist residents with personal and medical care.
• Support residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide professional and emotional support.
• Contribute to developing care plans and identify specialist support needs.
