Job summary

Advinia Health Care is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and compassion in our UK-based care homes. The role focuses on person-centered care, helping residents stay independent and comfortable, and collaborating with families to ensure well-being.

You will join a friendly, supportive team with comprehensive induction and ongoing training, alongside flexible pay and competitive rates.

Responsibilities

Respect the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
Provide the highest standard of person-centred support to help Residents stay as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves.
Work with Residents and families to deliver person-centered care.
Support with all aspects of personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date records for each Resident.
