Job summary

Burnview Healthcare is recruiting Bank Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care in our dementia, nursing, residential and day care settings in Northern Ireland. You will promote dignity, independence and quality of life while following care plans and policy.

A good standard of education, effective communication and an Enhanced Access NI check are required. We offer competitive pay rates, full training online and in-person, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Good standard of education.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic record-keeping skills.
• Satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check required.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
