Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Bank Care Assistants to support residents at Conifer Lodge in Wisbech. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals and hydration, encouraging independence and social engagement while following care plans.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, a free enhanced DBS check, training and development opportunities, and a friendly office team to support you. £500 Refer a Nurse bonus is available.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities (desirable).
• The right to work in the UK and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Bank Care Assistant

Pay: From £14.57 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join the bank team at Conifer Lodge in Wisbech.

Conifer Lodge is a CQC rated 'outstanding' specialist service for men with autism and learning disabilities.

You’ll help residents feel comfortable, respected and supported while encouraging them to remain as independent as possible.

What you’ll be doing:
