Responsibilities

Respect the Residents' dignity and privacy. Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to help residents be as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves as they can.

Work with residents and families to deliver person‑centred care.

Support with all aspects of personal care, including feedint, toileting, and bathing.

Maintain thorough and up-to‑date records on each resident.

Shifts

Day shift: 08:00 – 20:00
Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00

The role of a care assistant is fast‑paced; you must be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations.
