Essential Requirements

• For Care Assistants (Elderly Care Homes):
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Trained in Manual Handling, Hoisting, First Aid, and Safeguarding
• For Children's Residential Support Workers:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a children's residential or similar environment
  • Training in Aggression Management, Restraint/Hold, First Aid, and Safeguarding

The Role

You’ll be joining our trusted agency team providing high-quality care and support across elderly care homes and children’s residential services in Burnley and nearby areas. You’ll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you, with regular opportunities for day shifts, waking nights, and sleep‑ins. We operate 24/7 to provide emergency cover, so you’ll always have support from our on‑call team.
