Overview

We are currently seeking competent, experienced Secretaries & Personal Assistants to join our Bank Bureau within the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, to work on a Bank Contract, based in Radlett.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and work to high personal standards, paying attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality. Ideally you will be someone who likes to work in an environment of constant change and can readily adapt to changing work priorities with the ability to multi-task whilst at the same time remaining calm and professional with both external clients and service users.

Responsibilities
  • The post holder will lead in the provision of a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administrative service.
  • The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with colleagues and visitors.
  • The post holder will be required to work independently using initiative and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work, undertaking duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.
  • The post is managed rather than supervised, and to participate in yearly appraisals with line manager.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Previous experience within Administration is essential in addition to a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
