Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BankBand 4Nurse Associate to join our dynamic team in Wiltshire, part of the Wiltshire Hospital at Home service. Working Monday – Sunday 8am – 6pm (shorter shifts considered). Gained hands‑on experience under the direct supervision of registered practitioners, developing the practical skills, clinical knowledge, and professional attitude necessary to deliver high‑quality care across a variety of healthcare settings. A supportive, experienced, and friendly nursing team values collaboration and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care. Working in a multidisciplinary team of Band 4 Nurse Associates, Band 5, Band 6 and Band 7 nursing professionals and primary health professionals including GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Consultant Practitioners and specialist services, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

  • Organise, prioritise and adjust own workload.
  • Accurately and effectively report on care undertaken and document changes in condition, maintain records, and ensure that there is feedback to the appropriate or responsible healthcare professional.
