Assistant Chef – Birchwood Court Residential Care Home
Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Chef who will work with the Chef Manager to prepare a varied set of quality menus for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a varied set of quality menus for residents
  • Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, carry out risk assessments, and clean the kitchen to a high standard
  • Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues; friendly, approachable and passionate
Qualifications
  • Experience working within a catering environment
  • Valid food hygiene certificate required
Employment Details
  • £13.49 per hour
  • Hours as and when needed
