Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking Administration Support staff to join their admin bank. The ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities. The roles require a flexible schedule with at least 3 weekdays availability between 8am and 6pm. Job description

We are looking for Administration Support to join the UHNM Trust Admin Bank to work in our various divisions in various roles.,

  • Receptionist
  • Medical Secretary
  • Administration Support

The team are seeking people who are immediately available and are able to work at least 3 weekdays per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. At present we do not have a requirement for evening and weekend workers. Please ensure that you state the days and hours which you are available within your supporting information as this will be used to along with the shortlisting scores to determine whether your application meets our requirements.

You must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products, (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Ideally you will have experience using Careflow and iPortal or similar NHS systems. You will need to be hardworking and flexible. You will be a self-starter, organised, reliable and an excellent communicator who is able to work with a variety of staff. Previous experience working within the NHS would be an advantage however, this is not essential.
