A regional healthcare provider in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Bank Admin & Clerical Band 2 to provide temporary administrative support. To work as part of an administrative team providing temporary, high quality and co‑ordinated support as specified within the placement request.
The post will vary depending on the assignment and department helping to provide an efficient and cost‑effective service to the Trust.
General Admin and clerical experience are essential along with excellent time management, organisational, communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
PLEASE NOTE. Although we are unable to guarantee hours, this post would be unsuitable for anyone seeking work outside of normal business hours such as evenings, nights, or weekends. Our temporary staffing placements fill an immediate short‑term need for services that require cover on weekdays; requirements are typically between 22.5 hours and 37.5 hours per week and placements will typically last between four and 12 weeks.
