Rate:£28 – £32 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to patient care and work within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert advice, and supporting the healthcare team.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing medication therapy for patients, conducting medication reviews, and providing clinical consultations. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and educate patients on medication use. Additionally, you will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to clinical audits, and support the training and development of pharmacy staff.
