Job summary

Pulse Healthcare in Wythenshawe is seeking a dedicated MSK Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of MSK conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve patient outcomes.

You will also educate patients on injury prevention and self-management while maintaining accurate records. This role involves MDT collaboration and participation in meetings to support continuous improvement of physiotherapy

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with MSK experience.
• Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and planning MSK treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with relevant physiotherapy equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on MSK therapy to patients and monitor progress.

This role involves providing specialized musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy services to patients, helping them manage and recover from a variety of MSK conditions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and planning care for patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

What will your responsibilities be :

As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to patients. You will work closely with patients to help them manage pain, improve mobility, and recover from injuries. Your role will include educating patients on injury prevention and self-management techniques, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, you will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of physiotherapy services.
