Overview

One of our team is having a baby! Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Radiopharmacy team (based in Nuclear Medicine) at the Royal Free Hospital, London. You will have a key role in the day‑to‑day aspects of service provision, the Pharmaceutical Quality System and development of Radiopharmacy services, including acting as an authorised releasing officer once accredited.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day service provision for radiopharmacy.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, radiation protection and transport of radioactive materials.
  • Perform aseptic manufacturing in isolators and work with radioactive materials.
  • Develop and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality System.
  • Act as a releasing officer for manufactured products and assembly of IMPs (once accredited).
  • Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT, change control, risk assessments and validations.
  • Assist in training, education and clinical trials.
  • Lead on projects and service aspects within radiopharmacy.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience of aseptic manufacturing in isolators and working with radioactive materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, effective communication skills.
  • Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom or meet criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
  • Must meet UK Visas and Immigration points‑based system requirements to avoid disappointment.
