A healthcare provider in Romford seeks a motivated Band 8a Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist to provide clinical leadership across multiple services. You will manage operations and support a team, ensuring high standards in patient care. Applicants need a B.Sc. in Speech and Language Therapy and relevant clinical leadership experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Band 8a Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our team, working across both hospital sites. This role works in partnership with another Band 8a Clinical Lead SLT and is supported by the Therapies Management Team. You'll provide clinical leadership and operational management across Acute SLT, ITU, Oncology, and Acute Paediatric services. Both Clinical Lead roles collaborate closely and offer cross-cover during periods of leave. Allocation of specialist areas may be adjusted based on service needs.
