Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RMN or RNLD to join our Acute and Urgent Care service as an Inpatient Ward Manager on a male mixed AOT and Acute ward based at Oleaster. This position requires a motivated, inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care to males in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Take total management responsibility while promoting good working relationships.
  • Ensure the maintenance of current high standards of effective delivery of patient care.
  • Be responsible for the professional development of staff within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Influence and shape developments within the services.
  • Use high quality clinical and managerial skills to support effective service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience of managing and leading teams.
  • Experience of working in an acute or an older adult inpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical and managerial skillset.
