Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RMN or RNLD to join our Acute and Urgent Care service as an Inpatient Ward Manager on a male mixed AOT and Acute ward based at Oleaster.

This position requires a motivated, inspirational, innovative and creative leader who can manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care to males in an acute care setting. You will need to possess high quality clinical and managerial skills to ensure the maintenance of the current high standards of effective delivery of patient care. Your managerial skills will enable you to take total management responsibility whilst promoting good working relationships and be responsible for the professional development of the staff you are responsible for within the Multidisciplinary Team.

You will be a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with experience of managing and leading teams. Experience of working in an acute or an older adult inpatient setting will be an advantage.
