A major healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Manager in Urological services. The role focuses on managing administrative and support teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will play a key role in operational support, performance management, and team governance within a dynamic clinical environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nephrology, Urology and Renal Transplant Division at the Royal Free. The role will provide operational support to the clinical service of Urology, a fast-paced and dynamic service, requiring the candidate to build close working relationships with our clinicians and administrative teams.
The successful applicant will take a leading role in the Urology services (Benign – RTT, Bladder, Prostate & Kidney Cancer), focusing on the delivery of the service's recovery plans.
The role will provide the successful candidate a breadth of experience managing both benign and cancer services in a high volume surgical speciality, delivered across all three main RFH hospital sites; Barnet, Chase Farm and the Royal Free.
