Job description

The successful candidate will plan and manage complete episodes of care; undertake independent comprehensive assessment and management of service users to incorporate pharmacological considerations; making complex clinical decisions regarding service user management and clinical outcomes. You will work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team and will play an integral role in the operational and strategic development of the service. You will provide expert clinical advice, leadership and support ensuring the needs of the service are met by exercising and demonstrating high levels of clinical judgement, critical analysis and advanced decision‑making skills.

This is a full time role, offering 37.5 hours per week, working as part of the team at Royal Air Force Leeming, Gatenby, Northallerton. There will be a requirement to provide cover at other facilities within the Southern part of the region (to include, but not exclusive to Leconfield, York and Dishforth), if necessitated by business needs.
