Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is recruiting a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our client’s team in London. This senior role offers leadership, complex caseload management, and a chance to influence service development.

You will deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, supervise junior staff, and maintain clinical records in line with HCPC standards. 3-month contract, ASAP start, full-time hours.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Degree in Physiotherapy is required.
• Significant post-registration experience, ideally at Band 7 level.
• Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, supporting complex caseloads, and contributing to service development and supervision of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

You will assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex needs, ensuring evidence-based practice and patient-centred care. You will also provide clinical leadership, support service improvement initiatives, supervise junior staff, and maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Significant post-registration experience, ideally at Band 7 level
• Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities
• Experience managing complex caseloads and mentoring junior staff
