A community-focused healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced MSK podiatrist to join their team. The role will include providing high-quality foot and ankle interventions and managing a caseload, alongside professional networking and continued development opportunities. Ideal candidates should have HCPC registration and post-graduate experience in MSK podiatry. This position offers a supportive environment with excellent benefits including various training programs.

We are looking for an experienced MSK podiatrist to join our supportive and friendly team to provide high quality MSK foot and ankle intervention for our community patients.
The prospective candidate must have broad experience in the musculoskeletal field, be highly motivated, flexible, and able to line manage and work as part of a team.The successful candidate will have a community-focused clinical caseloadwith a responsibility to provide foot and ankle diagnosis, network with an MDT approach, and provide best practice care with outstanding outcomes for our patients. You will work with a small team of MSK clinicians, and help develop this part of the service. Professional interdisciplinary networking with services such as Vita health, KCH orthopaedics, childrens physiotherapy services will be mandatory.

We are looking for HCPC Registered Podiatrists with post graduate experience in MSK and line management, with a high degree of motivation and clinical skills. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent diagnostic and clinical skills to deliver a range of podiatry interventions, and adjunct therapies in line with soft and hard tissue pathology.The post holder will be an expert in their field, and will provide education not only for patients, but for other clinical staff. You will be expected to manage a small team, and coordinate best patient care, share knowledge with the wider team and present case discussion and research at team and MDT meetings.
As a clinician, you will have full control over tailored orthoses, modification can be made via in house MSK laboratory, with facilities for grinding as well as custom device manufacture (for children if/when needed). For those competent in their use, facilities such as laser therapy, and sonography are also available.
You will maintain best practice and demonstrate Bromley Healthcare values in your day to day role working as part of a team. We value healthcare promotion through patient empowerment and education, therefore we require podiatrists who have excellent communication and assessment skills.
We encourage team members to take part in various CPD activities including clinical supervision, in-house training during department meetings in addition to external training sessions.

You will be able to manage a caseload, think creatively around managing wait times and different methods of contact/advice (e.g. accurx video calls), you will be able to triage referrals and aim to offer a responsive MSK service - which you will be responsibe for.
You will be able to liaise with physiotherapists, Orthotists and surgeons, and form treatment plans for internal and external departments to follow.
You will support the service aims, colleagues in clinic, and be a source of expert knowledge for all, when needed.
