Job summary

Pulse Healthcare's Clinical Physiology team is seeking a skilled Band 7 Echocardiographer to join our Gloucester/Cheltenham service. This full-time, ongoing position offers a competitive hourly rate of £55-£65 and a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will perform echocardiograms, analyze ultrasound data, and contribute to accurate diagnoses while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of echocardiography techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent is required.
• Accreditation by BS(E) or equivalent (BSE/EACVI/ARDMS) is required.
• Proven experience as an Echocardiographer is essential.
• Experience performing echocardiograms is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and related cardiac ultrasound procedures.
• Analyse and interpret ultrasound data to assist diagnoses.

The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 7 Echocardiographer to join our team in Gloucester/Cheltenham. This is a full-time, ongoing position at Band 7, offering a competitive hourly rate of £55-£65.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures. You will analyse and interpret ultrasound data to provide accurate diagnoses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of echocardiography techniques and advancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
• Accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) or equivalent accreditation (EACVI/ARDMS).
• Proven experience as an Echocardiographer.
• Experience in performing Echocardiograms.
• Proven experience in performing echocardiographic procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
