Job Title : Echocardiographer Location : Enfield, Greater London Banding: 7 Start date: 26 March 2025 Duration: 9 months Rate : £50 - £ 60 per hour Working hours: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Echocardiographer to join our client's team in Enfield. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing essential echocardiography services to patients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing and monitoring heart conditions, contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

What will your responsibilities be :

The Band 7 Echocardiographer will be responsible for performing echocardiograms, analysing results, and providing detailed reports to the medical team. This role involves working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and calibrating echocardiography equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, staying updated with the latest advancements in echocardiography techniques, training and mentoring junior staff and students, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to research and development projects, managing patient appointments and ensuring timely service delivery, and providing patient education and support regarding echocardiography procedures.
