A leading NHS organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a talented data analyst to join their reporting and systems team. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented data analyst to join the NLPSS Reporting and systems team responsible for reporting, analytics and systems management and development required across the NLPSS service offering including but not limited to Recruitment and Occupational Health. The shared service is continually developing, and this role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to help formulate our direction and strategy using their expertise and a can‑do attitude. We are looking for a proactive self‑starter with excellent interpersonal skills willing to innovate and work collaboratively to meet service requirements. The successful candidate will have proven delivery experience in a complex reporting and systems environment, with advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills used alongside other tools to ensure optimal delivery of requirements. Ideally you will have experience of NHS employee systems like ESR, TRAC and G2. Meticulous attention to detail, problem solving skills and a flexible approach to providing advice, guidance and training to improve data quality are essential.
