Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 7 CT Radiographer for a role in Worthing, West Sussex. Start date ASAP, ongoing with a flexible, long-day pattern (3 days per week) and the opportunity to contribute to a busy imaging service.

You will perform CT examinations, position patients, ensure image quality and patient safety, and maintain records. HCPC registration and substantial CT experience are essential, with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
• Significant CT imaging experience, ideally Band 7 level.
• Strong understanding of CT protocols and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

This position is ideal for a radiographer with strong CT experience who is confident working independently and committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the care and diagnosis of the client’s patients in a busy and well-equipped department.

What will your responsibilities be :

The CT Radiographer will be responsible for performing a variety of CT examinations with precision and care, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Duties include preparing and positioning patients, operating CT equipment in line with clinical protocols, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires effective communication with patients and colleagues, a commitment to high standards of care, and adherence to all safety and quality assurance procedures. Flexibility to work long shifts is essential to meet service demands.
