We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Clinical Team Lead to join our Children's Community Nursing Team in Surrey.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a holistic, high-quality, and family‑centred community nursing service for children and young people. As the Clinical Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for the day‑to‑day operational management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence‑based care delivery.
The role combines strategic leadership (70%) with clinical practice (30%), allowing you to maintain hands‑on clinical expertise while driving service improvement, quality assurance, and team development. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, commissioners, and families to ensure the service meets local needs and performance targets.
