Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacist, South Ealing (UK) – £31 Hourly, Ongoing

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our team immediately. This role is based in South Ealing, offering a full-time position with an immediate start. You must be available during December and January, but don’t worry, we’re closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. This clinical role is perfect for a pharmacist who thrives on providing top‑notch patient care and liaising closely with a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure the safe and effective use of medicines for our rehabilitation patients, delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care across the unit.

What you will do
  • Deliver clinical pharmacy services on the wards, including medicines reconciliation and discharge planning, as well as TTAs.
  • Assist with the implementation and use of electronic prescribing systems.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and therapy teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Occasionally support checking and possibly dispensing.
Requirements
  • GPhC‑registered pharmacist with proven clinical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medicines management in a hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic prescribing systems is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Immediate start required.
  • Must be available during December 25 and January 26.
  • Smartcard required.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and start delivering from day one.
