Pulse AHP’s Physiotherapy Team is currently recruiting an experienced Band 7 / 8a Children’s Physiotherapy Team Manager to join the team for a full‑time role based in the Croydon area.

Position Details

Title: Children’s Physiotherapy Team Manager
Location: Croydon
Hours: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri)
Duration: 3 months
Pay: Up to £40 per hour

Essential Skills
  • Recent physiotherapy experience of at least 12 months
  • Proof of competency
Responsibilities
  • The role includes face‑to‑face communication.
  • Must have at least one year experience of managing a team.
  • Experience in managing budgets, and HR processes.
  • Does not involve clinical work but must be able to supervise Physiotherapists.
Qualifications
  • You must be a Physiotherapist with a recent experience of at least 12 months.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • A strong clinical specialist background in Children’s Physiotherapy across various clinical contexts is important.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant setting.
