This trainee High Intensity CBT therapist position is offered in conjunction with Royal Holloway University, giving you the opportunity to earn a PG Diploma in High Intensity CBT by the conclusion of the academic year.

The position entails attending lectures at Royal Holloway two days a week and providing high‑intensity, one‑on‑one assessments and CBT interventions for adults with common mental health problems for the remaining three days.
We recognise that the HI CBT training course can be very intensive and pressured, especially with needing to balance course and site expectations. The post holder will be part of a supportive team, with access to peer support, high quality supervision and line management.
Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies has been providing a stepped care Talking Therapies service since 2009 and consists of Psychologists, Relational Therapists, Counsellors, High‑Intensity CBT therapists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners offering evidence‑based interventions at Steps 2 and 3.
