About the Role

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the Voice Team in vibrant Hounslow. This ongoing full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with voice and communication disorders while developing your professional expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of voice, communication, and swallowing difficulties, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a varied caseload within the Voice Team.
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with voice pathologies, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support patients with dysphagia, enhancing safety and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, clients, and carers to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service development.
  • Travel between sites as required, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
  • HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Proven experience working with patients with voice or swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and organisational skills.
  • Car driver with access to a vehicle for community visits.
