A mental health service provider in Bath is seeking a clinician for their Early Intervention team. This permanent post is a rare opportunity for a clinician to work in the friendly, enthusiastic, innovative, supportive and experienced Banes Early Intervention team. BANES Early Intervention Team is a small multi-professional team working across CAMHS and Adult Mental Health Services, providing care for people aged 14-64, presenting to mental health services, often for the first time. The post involves using psychosocial interventions and working with people experiencing a first episode psychosis/ bipolar. You will work closely with carers and families. The service is part of an AWPs Trust-wide 6 Early Intervention Services, with strong links to the Southwest and national networks.
We are seeking someone who is committed to team working, enthusiastic and passionate about early intervention in psychosis and in providing excellent care for service users. You must be an brilliant communicator, have a flexible approach to your work with a good knowledge base of the principles of Early Intervention in Psychosis.
We are committed to continuous learning and development, supported by management and clinical supervision. There will be opportunities to develop your interests scaffolded by ongoing training.
