West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust at Watford General Hospital is seeking a motivated Rotational Dietitian to join an established team of 17 Dietitians. This Band 6 post offers development across Surgery, General Medicine and Stroke within a supportive MDT.

You will deliver evidence-based nutritional care and contribute to audits, service development and staff education. Interviews are scheduled for 13 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.
• Essential: Health & Care Professions Council (UK) Registered Dietitian.
• Desirable: Member of BDA.
• Desirable: Membership of specialist group.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a specialist inpatient caseload across Surgery, General Medicine and Stroke.
• Provide specialist nutritional advice and interventions (oral nutrition, enteral feeding, discharge planning).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and community services.
• Contribute to clinical audits, service development and staff education.
• Supervise student Dietitians.
