Complete detailed risk assessments and contribute to clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
Administer medications in line with clinical and legal frameworks, maintaining safety and compliance.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external agencies to coordinate holistic care.
Deliver group and individual therapy sessions to support rehabilitation and recovery.
Support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to community mental health services.
Participate in quality improvement activities, including audits and reviews, to maintain high standards of care.
