Job summary

NHS Jobs in East Grinstead is seeking a radiographer to operate the full range of radiographic equipment including general, mobile, CBCT and fluoroscopy to deliver a high quality diagnostic service. You will work as part of a professional radiography team, maintain a patient-centred approach, and supervise Student Radiographers during hospital placements.

Responsibilities

• Be able to use the full range of radiographic equipment within the departments including general, mobile, CBCT, and fluoroscopy
• To work as part of a professional radiography team providing a high quality diagnostic service
• To maintain a sensitive and courteous approach to all patients
• To develop and improve professional expertise via continuous professional development
• To maintain a safe working environment within the departments
• Clinically supervise and train Student Radiographers during Hospital placements
• Maintain the highest professional standards as set out by the Health Professions Council
• The successful applicant once fully trained, will be expected to produce high quality diagnostic images as per the department protocols and policies.
