We are looking for an experienced and compassionateSpeech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated Paediatric Therapy Team in Surrey. In this rewarding role, you will manage a specialist caseload of children and young people with complex needs, delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention to help them achieve their full potential.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with families, schools and healthcare professionals to develop child-centred therapy plans, provide specialist advice and support, and contribute to positive outcomes for children and young people. You will also play a key role in supporting service development, supervising junior staff and students, and driving excellent clinical practice across the team.
