We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 or Band 7 Neurology Physiotherapist to join our clients team in East London. This role involves working with the Stroke and Neurosciences Team to provide specialised inpatient rehabilitation for patients with stroke and neurology conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a leading healthcare provider and make a significant impact on patient recovery and quality of life.

What will your responsibilities be:

Provide specialised inpatient rehabilitation for patients with stroke and neurology conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. Implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Stroke and Neurosciences Team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, stroke, and neurology.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
