Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for the Home Assessments Team in the West Midlands. This part-time role offers 18.5 hours across three days in a community/inpatient setting, with a competitive hourly rate and flexible hours.

Based at the Inpatients Therapy Ann Marie Howes Centre in Platt Brook Way, the role requires HCPC registration and compliance with IR35. Experience with complex needs and discharge planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• IR35 compliance is required.
• Provide NI number and smart card details if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs and conduct home assessments.
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment to support independence.
• Train carers, staff and relatives on equipment use and maintenance.
