Location:Remote (UK-based role)
Hours:37.5 per week
Pay Rate:£26.28 per hour
Contract Type:Ongoing assignment

In this role, you will carry out detailed assessments for individuals who may be eligible for an NHS Personal Health Budget (PHB). Your expertise will help ensure people receive the financial support they need to manage their health and wellbeing more independently, enabling them to live more fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete holistic assessments to determine eligibility for PHB funding.
