What you will do
  • Provide accurate dispensing and medicines management services directly on the wards.
  • Conduct medicines reconciliation and order medications as necessary.
  • Accurately manage discharge medicines (TTOs) to ensure smooth patient transitions.
  • Actively support audits such as FP10, oxygen, and medicines security.
  • Travel to external sites in Ealing and Hounslow to assist with audit activities.
  • Promote clinical governance and audit standards.
  • Contribute to service improvements while maintaining exemplary patient care.

To succeed in this role, you must be GPhC registered and ready to tackle new challenges head-on. With a strong understanding of auditing and clinical governance, you’ll be a critical part of our collaborative team. Although driving isn’t required, your ability to adapt and excel in various settings is key.
