Job Overview

As a core member of the Extended Hope and Extended Hope House Team, you will report to the Service Manager and play a key role in urgent assessments, care planning, and treatment for children and young people with emotional, social, and mental health needs. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for vulnerable youth.
