Band 6 Locum General Radiographer
Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP
Duration:
12 Month Role
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
Pay Rate: £25.00 – £26.00 P/H

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum General Radiographer to join our team in Oxford for a 12-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities:

As a Locum General Radiographer, you will perform a variety of general radiographic procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality image capture, and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of the radiology department, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.

Requirements:

-HCPC registration as a Radiographer.

-Proven experience in general diagnostic radiography, ideally at Band 6 level.

-Proficiency in operating modern radiographic equipment.

-Strong knowledge of radiation protection and health and safety regulations.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

-Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

-Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy healthcare setting.
