Band 6 Locum General Radiographer
Location:
Central London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday.
Pay Rate: £28.00 – £30.00 P/H

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Locum General Radiographer to join our team in Central London. This ongoing role offers a competitive pay rate of £28-30 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday. The position is available for an immediate start and provides an excellent opportunity for a radiographer to contribute to high-quality diagnostic services in a vibrant and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Band 6 Locum General Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. You will operate advanced radiographic equipment, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain detailed and accurate imaging records. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will adhere to established protocols and safety standards, contributing to the efficient delivery of radiology services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the HCPC.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Radiographer, preferably at Band 6 level.
  • Proficiency in using modern radiographic equipment and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Commitment to providing high standards of patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
