Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the busy Emergency Department. The post involves triage leadership, coordinating multiple ED areas and supporting a large multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will work unsocial hours and may be required to take charge of ED zones, contributing to recruitment, retention and ongoing professional development within the department.

Competenze

• Triage skills and experience coordinating different areas of the Emergency Department.
• Ability to work within a large multidisciplinary team including medical staff and educators.
• Competence to lead and support both senior and junior nursing colleagues.
