A leading healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking a Band 6 Deputy Team Manager to support a multi-professional team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage change in a clinical setting. The post holder will be expected to work multi professionally, support other team member's roles and contribute to the future development of the service.
As a senior nurse you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, the ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to independently make sound clinical and leadership judgement and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues.

Priority will be given to applicants who possess the District Nurse qualification or who are currently working towards this.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated nurses to join our teams; we provide integrated care to patients throughout Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust so the ideal candidate must be highly mobile and able to travel throughout the City boundaries.
The ideal candidate must be a good communicator, team player and have sound clinical knowledge, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such, it will be necessary for a submission for disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£38,682 to £46,580 a year (pro rata)
