• Must be a registered Mental Health Nurse with valid registration.
• Experience working in adult community mental health settings.
• Ability to assess service users and design care plans with families.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake comprehensive assessments in partnership with families.
• Design, implement and review individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Respond to acute clinical presentations with proactive risk management.
• Apply clinical judgment to adapt treatment plans to needs.
• Lead day-to-day management duties and support the team.
• Collaborate to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Deliver interventions aligned with Best Practice guidelines.
• Identify training needs and pursue AMHP training when possible.
